Children’s privacy and guardian choices.

FollowThrough is a private team development service used by coaches, parents, and young athletes. With your permission, we collect your child's name, birth year, team participation, training logs, performance metrics, and videos you or your child choose to submit. We use this information only to operate the team portal, show progress to your family and authorized coaches, provide coaching feedback, and protect the service. We do not sell children's personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Authorized team coaches, linked guardians, and service providers operating FollowThrough may access information as needed. Review videos expire after 14 days unless a coach or guardian deliberately saves one for comparison. You may review your child's information, ask us to delete it, revoke consent, or refuse further collection at any time by contacting the team or FollowThrough.

Your choices

A verified parent or legal guardian may ask to review or correct a child’s information, revoke consent, stop further collection, or delete the child’s account and information. Contact privacy@followthrough.team. We may verify your identity and relationship to the child before fulfilling a request.

Security and retention

FollowThrough uses private team access, row-level database controls, short-lived media links, and restricted service credentials. Review videos are scheduled to expire after 14 days unless deliberately saved for comparison. We retain other team records only while needed to provide the service or meet legal and safety obligations.
